Antivirus And Antivirus Updates
Unfortunately, having good antivirus and antispyware software on your computer is now a fact of life. I have read a couple of posts recently that suggest that the threat is diminishing. Nothing could be further from the truth.
As the Internet grows so do the threats to your security online so not alone is it very important to have the software running but it’s also vitally important to keep it up to date. The potential threats from malicious software and scripts is ever changing so your security measures need to be constantly updated as well. Basically spending money on this type of software and then not keeping it current is nearly as bad as not having it at all.
It is a hassle and it will cost you some time but compared to the damage that can be can be caused if you don’t it’s really a minor problem so updates are not just important when it comes to antivirus and antispyware, they are vital!

I totally agree, I keep telling the members of my family this but nobody seems to listen, maybe I will just point them to your article!

I know exactly what you mean but if you just keep hammering away maybe the message will get through.
